2nd Annual American Heritage Dinner

Feb 22nd the Lincoln Chapter hosted their 2nd annual Founder’s Dinner at the Havlock Social  Hall.  Guests were invited from a wide array of patriotic organizations, many of which were represented.  President James Hoke was emcee for the evening and presented certificates and awards to guests and SAR members.  Lincoln resident, Mary Bede entertained and educated with her impressive portrayal of Clara Barton, founder of the American Red Cross.  Several organizations had displays and there was a very nice display of Civil War era memorabilia and authentic guns.
